Singham Again Maintains Strong Box Office Performance, Crosses ₹164 Crore in Six Days Amid Diwali Releases

"Singham Again," the latest addition to Rohit Shetty's popular Cop Universe series, has been a powerful box office presence since its Diwali release. Starring Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, and Ranveer Singh, the film saw an impressive opening weekend, with its momentum continuing into the following week. According to a recent report on Sacnilk.com, "Singham Again" has amassed ₹164 crore within just six days. The report reveals that the film earned ₹10.25 crore on its sixth day alone, despite facing competition from the other major Diwali release, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, which has yet to surpass ₹150 crore.

The film’s success story began on its opening day, when it collected ₹43.5 crore. This was followed by another strong showing on day two with ₹42.5 crore. Collections took a slight dip on the third day to ₹35.75 crore, and by the fourth day, a notable decrease brought in ₹18 crore. On the fifth day, "Singham Again" saw ₹14 crore in revenue before reaching ₹10.25 crore on day six. The action drama reported a 16.78 percent Hindi occupancy in theatres on Wednesday, the report added.

Part of Shetty's larger Cop Universe franchise, "Singham Again" brings together popular characters from previous films like "Simmba" and "Sooryavanshi," portrayed by Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar, respectively. Fans are also treated to a cameo by Salman Khan as Chulbul Pandey, adding further excitement to the cast.

The film has received mixed reviews, with some highlighting the entertainment value of its ensemble cast. In a review by Hindustan Times, it was noted, “The intermission comes, rather quickly. It can only go downhill from here, right? The second half begins, and it’s a completely different film. The one liners, the in-jokes, and just seeing a smattering of stars—Deepika, Tiger Shroff, Ranveer, Akshay Kumar and Ajay in one frame is worth the price of admission. Yes, movie universes are here to stay.”

With its action-packed sequences and star-studded lineup, "Singham Again" is a clear draw for audiences, cementing the success of Shetty's cinematic universe and hinting at a bright future for interconnected Bollywood franchises.
