Tollywood superstar Jeet has officially unveiled the motion poster of his much-anticipated film, Keu Bole Biplobi Keu Bole Dakat, on Tuesday. The biographical period drama, directed by Pathikrrit Basu, recently held its mahurat ceremony in Kolkata, marking the beginning of production.

Written by Aritra Banerjee, the film delves into the life and legacy of Bengali freedom fighter Ananta Singh, one of the most intriguing figures in India’s independence movement. Known for his complex persona, Ananta was both celebrated and condemned — seen by some as a revolutionary hero and by others as a dreaded outlaw.

The motion poster, which was shared across social media, offers a compelling glimpse into the world of the film, featuring a collage of news clippings that chronicle Ananta Singh’s controversial journey. Jeet shared the poster with the caption: “As long as humanity is alive, revolution will live on. He who is endless, is Ananta. @nandy_movies and @JeetzFilmworks present ‘Keu Bole Biplobi Keu Bole Dakat’.”

The story unfolds through a series of flashbacks, exploring Ananta’s evolution from a young freedom fighter under the mentorship of Surya Sen to a man disillusioned by the post-Independence socio-political climate. Witnessing corruption and the suffering of common people, Ananta channels his revolutionary zeal into a new mission — robbing banks and powerful elites to redistribute wealth among the poor.

Alongside Jeet, the film features Rajatava Dutta and Tota Roy Chowdhury in pivotal roles, promising a powerhouse ensemble.

Produced by Nandy Movies and Jeetz Filmworkz, Keu Bole Biplobi Keu Bole Dakat is slated for a theatrical release next year. The film aims to shed light on the blurred lines between rebellion and crime, heroism and infamy — offering viewers a gripping portrayal of a man who defied easy categorization.

Jeet was last seen in Neeraj Pandey’s Netflix series Khakee: The Bengal Chapter, and his upcoming role as Ananta Singh marks yet another bold step in his cinematic journey.
