Shooting begins with ' Babli's ' Shubh Mahurat Puja

Earlier the news of Abir Chatterjee and Subhasree Ganguly's pairing up for Raj Chakraborty's upcoming film 'Babli' was announced but recently they had a Shubh Mahurat Puja with which they started off the shooting. 

We first came to know about this good news through Raj Chakraborty's social media post, where he uploaded few pictures of the clapperboard along with the cast and crew members with a caption stating "The journey of Babli starts". Last day they shared a video on their social media handles, containing clips from the shubh mahurat puja and few words from the cast along with it. 

In the video Abir Chatterjee shared how this movie is special to him for various reasons. He is finally working with Raj Chakraborty after almost 10 long years and pairing up with Subhashree Ganguly onscreen for the first time. To which, Raj Chakraborty added that 'Babli' is one of his most preferred novels, it's a love story and he likes making films surrounding love. Sauraseni Maitra shared about how she has always been a fan of Raj Chakraborty's films and she is very excited to have Raj Chakraborty as a director for one of her works. 

There will be some beautiful music with an enthralling cast like Subhashree Ganguly, Abir Chatterjee, Sauraseni Maitra and many more, and fans are super excited for the movie. Just after Raj Chakraborty dropped the announcement about the beginning of ' Babli's ' journey, the comment section instantly started getting filled with good wishes.
