'Bijoyar Pore' trailer brings out a whirlpool of emotions

The movie 'Bijoyar Pore' was screened at the Kolkata International Film Festival from which it gained quite a lot of recognition. Today the official trailer of the film was released. 

'Bijoyar Pore' tells a story that is very different from the usual incidents and tales. It focuses on perspectives that we all seem to ignore. It's about the homecoming of a daughter during bijoya after years, who isn't welcomed with joy and smiles. But why is it so? Maa Durga is in the house but still why isn't the family's Durga welcomed ? 

We will also be witnessing a mother- daughter relationship in the film. 'Bijoyar Pore' is starred by 'Swastika Mukherjee', 'Mamata Shankar', 'Dipankar Dey'. It is Abhijit SriDas's debut feature film. 'Bijoyar Pore' is produced by Sujit Raha.

Aside from the stellar acting and unique story the movie also portrays the beauty of bonedi  bari's Durga puja with excellent cinematography. 'Bijoyar Pore' will hit the theaters on January 12th, 2024.
