Rohit Shetty Unveils Star-Studded Action-Packed Trailer for Singham Again, Set for November Release

The highly anticipated trailer of Rohit Shetty's Singham Again was unveiled on Monday, with Jio Studios sharing the nearly five-minute video on X (formerly Twitter). The trailer presents a star-studded lineup, with Deepika Padukone stepping into the role of Shakti Shetty, while Ranveer Singh reprises his popular character, Inspector Sangram Bhalerao, also known as Simmba. Both actors are seen in intense action sequences and deliver humorous, engaging dialogues, offering fans a taste of the film's lively and action-packed tone.

Arjun Kapoor’s character emerges as a key antagonist in the trailer, with his mission to ensure Raavan's victory in this modern-day Kalyug, introducing a compelling villainous twist. Tiger Shroff also makes his presence felt in action-packed sequences, battling adversaries, while Akshay Kumar returns as DCP Veer Sooryavanshi, making a dramatic entry in his signature style. Fans can look forward to Rohit Shetty’s trademark high-octane action, complete with blazing buildings, overturned cars, and intense combat scenes.

The film draws inspiration from the epic Ramayana, with Ajay Devgn portraying Ram, Kareena Kapoor as Sita, Tiger Shroff as Lakshman, Ranveer Singh representing Hanuman, Arjun Kapoor as Raavan, and Akshay Kumar cast as Jatayu. Additionally, prominent actors like Ravi Kishan, Jackie Shroff, and Shweta Tiwari also make appearances in the trailer. Singham Again, the third installment of the widely successful Singham franchise, is slated for release on November 1. The earlier films in the series, Singham (2011) and Singham Returns (2014), were both major box-office successes.

Rohit Shetty recently addressed speculation regarding potential delays in the release of Singham 3. Taking to Instagram, the filmmaker confirmed that the film will release as planned during Diwali. In a post, Shetty shared a behind-the-scenes video from the set, teasing a significant cameo appearance. The clip features a thrilling car chase sequence, with Shetty hinting at the arrival of a major character. "SINGHAM is incomplete without this HERO...ISS DIWALI Scorpio aayegi bhi, Ghumegi bhi, LEKIN ENTRY KISI AUR KI HOGI," Shetty wrote.

Singham Again is a grand effort in bringing together the iconic characters of Rohit Shetty’s cop universe.
