Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri Announce Trailer Release of ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ in a 90s-Themed Promo

The much-anticipated trailer of the upcoming romantic-comedy Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, starring Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri, is set to release soon. In a quirky 90s-themed promo, the actors took to social media to reveal the trailer release date of their film, which is scheduled to hit theatres in October.

The promotional video, designed as a playful homage to the 90s era, opens with an old-fashioned television set. Rajkummar and Triptii appear as newsreaders, styled to evoke a classic 90s newsroom vibe. Rajkummar is seen sporting a black shirt and red tie, complete with a beard, while Triptii is elegantly draped in a green saree, both wearing glasses reminiscent of the period.

The video kicks off with the caption, "T-Series News…Bombay Samachar," followed by a humorous broadcast. In character, Triptii and Rajkummar deliver the news: “Namaskar…Is waqt ki sabse badi khabar aa rahi hai maya nagri Mumbai se. Jaha jaane maane nirmata Bhushan Kumar, Ma muradein meri puri kar de halwa batungi se lekar Chaar botal vodka kaam mera roz ka banane waale T-series k malik, anya kai nirmataon ke saath le kar aa rhe hain 100% 90 ka cinema. As the promo progresses, the actors introduce themselves in a light-hearted manner. Triptii says, "Film me hain wo purush jo Stree me hain Rajkummar Rao," to which Rajkummar responds, “Aur jine dekh ke lagta hai pehle bhi main inse mila hu, Triptii Dimri.”
