According to director AR Murugadoss, the final cut of Sikandar has been locked, with a total runtime of 2 hours and 20 minutes. The film is structured into two halves, with the first half running for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, while the second half spans around 1 hour and 5 minutes.

In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Murugadoss shared insights into the film’s appeal, stating, "It's a film with lots of emotion, and we are targeting all sections of audiences—from Salman sir fans to masses, classes, and the family audience."

Talking about his experience of working with Salman Khan, Murugadoss revealed the extensive scale of the production in an interview with ETimes. He said, "Salman sir is completely different. The scale of Sikandar was massive—we often had scenes with 10,000 to 20,000 people on set. Managing such large crowds required high security and intense coordination."
