Vicky reacts to wife Katrina's pregnancy rumors

Vicky Kaushal is set to star in a unique romantic comedy titled "Bad Newz" alongside Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk. The film explores the rare phenomenon of heteropaternal superfecundation, where two separate eggs are fertilized in the same menstrual cycle by sperm from two different men, making it a 'one in a billion' scenario.

At the film's trailer launch event in Mumbai, Vicky Kaushal was asked about the 'good news' in his personal life as he unveiled the trailer. Recently, rumors have circulated that Vicky and his wife Katrina Kaif are expecting their first child, especially after a video of the couple from London surfaced.

At the event, Vicky Kaushal was asked about the pregnancy rumors and when the audience might hear the good news from his personal life. He responded, "For now, enjoy the 'Bad Newz' we're bringing. When the time comes for the good news, we won't shy away from sharing it."

The trailer for "Bad Newz" also includes a reference to Katrina Kaif. Vicky shared that his wife hadn't seen the trailer yet by the time it was launched. He mentioned that he only hinted to her that she is part of it, which left her confused. "Bad Newz," directed by Anand Tiwari, who previously directed Vicky in "Love Per Square Foot," will be released in theaters on July 19, 2024.
